UCREW

UCREW Committee Overview

The mission of the UCREW Committee is to connect, equip, and elevate college women into commercial real estate by building meaningful relationships between students and CREW-OKC members, creating clear pathways from classroom to career.

Through year-round engagement across universities, the committee plays a key role in expanding CREW’s impact, strengthening our talent pipeline, and supporting the next generation of women entering the industry.

Committee Expectations & Responsibilities

UCREW Committee members are active, engaged CREW-OKC participants who help expand our presence across local universities by building relationships with faculty, career services, and student organizations. Members support the planning and execution of programming such as classroom presentations, panels, workshops, and networking events, while also engaging fellow CREW members as speakers and mentors. The committee works collaboratively with the CREW-OKC Board and other committees, aligns with chapter and network initiatives, and contributes to developing repeatable resources and strategies that strengthen our long-term impact and student pipeline.

We’re looking for members who are passionate about advancing women in CRE and:

  • Excited to play a role in shaping the next generation of industry professionals.

  • Interested in mentorship and outreach.

  • Willing to engage in planning and participating in campus events

  • Can bring, or are eager to build, connections with local colleges, universities, and student organizations, particularly within real estate and related fields.
